Tulane Football Adds Quarterback Justin McMillan as Graduate Transfer

NEW ORLEANS – The Tulane University football team announced today the addition of former LSU quarterback Justin McMillan to its roster as a graduate transfer.

McMillan, who graduated from LSU earlier this month, comes to Tulane following three seasons on the Tigers roster. The Cedar Hill, Texas, product saw limited action during his three years in Baton Rouge but entered fall camp as a strong candidate to take over as the team's starter in 2018.

McMillan arrived at LSU after a successful high school career at Cedar Hill High School where he led the team to consecutive state titles in 2013 and 2014.

As a dual-threat quarterback, he finished his senior season with 2,854 yards 37 touchdowns while rushing for 656 yards and six scores and earning a three-star rating by 247Sports, Scout and ESPN.

The Green Wave open the 2018 season on Thursday, August 30 at home against Wake Forest. The game will broadcast live on the CBS Sports Network.
