
Swimming & Diving Leads the Standings After Day 1 Of AAC Championships

Dallas, Texas – The Tulane swimming and diving team had a strong opening night on Wednesday and currently leads the standings after the first day of the 2025 AAC Swimming & Diving Championships with 172 points.
The program won the 800 free relay with a time of 7:10.83 to earn All-Conference honors for Lise Coetzee, Rafaela Sumida, Andrea Zeebe and Maya Wilson.
The team started the competition placing third overall and earning All-Conference nods for Andrea Zeebe, Emma Brady, Catherine Russo and Maya Wilson with their time of 1:38.25 in the 200 free relay.
The team diving group of Paige McKenzie, Anna Behrman and Rachel Casebolt placed third in the team diving event to earn All-AAC honors with 254.30 points.
Tulane continues competing on the second day of the AAC Swimming and Diving Championships on Thursday starting at 10:30 a.m. with the swim preliminaries. The diving preliminaries begin at 11:30 a.m. The events being competed are 500 free, 200 IM, 50 free, 1-meter dive and the 200-free relay. The finals for all but the relay event begin in the evening at 5:10 for the diving consolation and the swimming finals at 6 p.m.
