
Tulane Athletics Mobile Ticketing Made Easy

The introduction of mobile ticketing will limit the physical contact between fans and game day staff. The new mobile ticketing process will also significantly reduce ticket fraud and loss of tickets to provide a seamless venue-entry experience.
Although ticket buyers will no longer have the option to print their tickets at home, the new mobile ticketing system will provide quick and safe ticket delivery of season, mini-plan and single-game tickets via smartphones and the Tulane Green Wave app. Fans will enjoy the flexibility of being able to immediately transfer tickets to friends or family.
The Tulane Green Wave app can be downloaded for free on Apple devices through the App Store and on Android devices through Google Play by searching for "Tulane Athletics."

What is mobile ticketing?
Mobile ticketing is a fan friendly, digital platform that ensures fan safety and flexibility with all tickets to Tulane Athletics events from the convenience of your phone.
How do I access my tickets?
The best way to access your tickets is through the Tulane Athletics App. The app can be found through the app store on both Apple and Google devices. Just log in to your account within the “Tickets” tab using your email address and created password.

Fans will also have the ability to access tickets through your online account at www.tulanetix.com. Tickets will also be emailed out and can be accessed through your smart phone via the email you recieve from gowavego@tulane.edu.
At what age do children need tickets?
Children ages 2 and younger do not need tickets to Tulane events. Everyone 3 years and older requires a ticket to enter any home event.

Do I have to add every single game of my season ticket package to my smartphone?
Thankfully, no! With All-in-1 pass, you just need to download your season tickets once, and they will automatically update after every game. Click here for information on All-in-1 pass, the new way to manage your Tulane season tickets.
Can I have multiple tickets on the same device?
Yes. Multiple tickets can be accessed on the same device. You can add multiple tickets to you smartphone. Each ticket must be scanned separately upon entrance into Tulane athletics events.
Can I print my ticket from home?

Can I use a screenshot of my ticket to access Tulane Athletics events?
No, you must download the mobile ticket(s) to your smartphone in order to successfully enter Tulane Athletics events. If you are looking to send tickets to other patrons, please use our ticket transfer functionality through your online account at www.tulanetix.com.

How do I transfer my tickets to a friend?
You can utilize your online account at www.tulanetix.com to transfer tickets to family or friends. Locate the “Transfer Tickets” link within the “My Account” tab to easily transfer tickets via text or email.

What if I delete/ lose my ticket delivery email?
Your tickets can be accessed through the Tulane Athletics app, or via your online account at tulanetix.com. For further questions, please contact the Tulane Ticket Office at 504-861-9283.
What if my entire party is not with me when I am ready to enter?
You may transfer your tickets to the party who is arriving at a different time. Please access your online account at www.tulanetix.com in order to transfer your tickets.

What if I want to post my ticket for resale on SeatGeek?
Tulane Athletics is proud to partner with SeatGeek for the 2024-25 athletics season! In order to post your tickets for resale on SeatGeek, please access your online account at www.tulanetix.com.

How do I scan a mobile ticket?
Please make sure to have your mobile ticket(s) added to your smartphone and ready to scan upon entrance. Please make sure your phone is at maximum brightness to ensure mobile ticket can be scanned properly.

What if I dont have wifi connectivity on gameday?
Please make sure to add your tickets to your smartphone before leaving for Tulane Athletics events to avoid any wifi connectivity issues.

What if I do not have a smartphone?
A smartphone is required to access mobile ticketing. Please contact the Tulane Ticket Office for further information at 504-861-9283.

How do I exchange my Flexbook vouchers?
On the Tulane Athletics App
- Use the “Tickets” tab at the bottom of the screen
- Select “Manage Tickets”
- Login to your Tulane Athletics account using your email address
- On the following screen, select “Exchange Tickets”
- Select how many Flexbook vouchers you want to exchange
- Select which game you would like to use your vouchers for and select your seats
- Finish the checkout process and your tickets will be emailed to you shortly
- Remember to download your tickets before arriving to avoid any delays at the gates
On the Tulane Athletics Website
- Go to www.tulanetix.com
- Select “Login” at the top of the screen
- If on mobile, “Sign In” under the drop-down menu at the top
- Login to your Tulane Athletics account using your customer number or email address
- Under the “My Account” drop-down at the top of the screen, select “Exchange Tickets”
- Select how many Flexbook vouchers you want to exchange
- Select which game you would like to use your vouchers for and select your seats
- Finish the checkout process and your tickets will be emailed to you shortly
- Remember to download your tickets before arriving to avoid any delays at the gates
