
Football’s Start Time and Network Announced for Ole Miss

IRVING, TX – The kickoff time and the network for Tulane football's Sept. 20 road game against Ole Miss was recently announced by the American Conference (AC).
The Green Wave and the Rebels square off against each other at 2:30 p.m. on Sept. 20 in a game that will also be broadcasted on ESPN from Vaught-Hemingway Stadium / Hollingsworth Field. Tulane, a former member of the SEC, is 28-45 all-time against the Rebels. The first meeting between the Rebels and the Green Wave came in 1893. Tulane's last victory over Ole Miss came in 1988 by a 14-9 score on the road. The program has lost 13 consecutive games to Ole Miss including a 37-20 game in the last meeting in 2023.
Tulane has started the 2025 season with a 2-0 record. Â It is only the fourth time since 2002 that Tulane has started a season unblemished after two games. The Green Wave earned a thrilling road 33-31 victory over South Alabama on Sept. 6. Zuberi Mobley scored a pair of rushing touchdowns and led the team with his 82 yards on the ground. Jake Retzlaff accounted for a pair of touchdowns with a rushing and passing touchdown. Dickson Agu led the club with his 11 tackles. Santana Hopper and E'zaiah Shine both recovered a fumble.
Tulane leads the American Conference in fumbles recovered (3), passes intercepted (4) and red zone offense (1.000). Retzlaff is the team's leading rusher (177 yds. and two touchdowns) and passer (277 yds. and two touchdowns). Omari Hayes leads the club in receptions (9) and receiving yards (74). Patrick Durkin is the leader with 20 points including going 5-for-5 on field goals. Agu has a team high 16 tackles. Javion White leads the conference and is tied for the national lead in interceptions with two.
Next, Tulane's football team hosts Duke University (1-1) on Saturday, Sept. 13, at Yulman Stadium at 7 p.m. on ESPN2. The team's remaining schedule includes home games against East Carolina (Oct. 9), Army (Oct. 18), Florida Atlantic (Nov. 15) and Charlotte (Nov. 29).
