Tulane Athletics Adds Customer Service Line

NEW ORLEANS - The Tulane University Athletic Department has added a Customer Service Line (504-862-8000 ext. 2424) to allow fans to give their feedback on their experiences - both positive and negative - at any Tulane Athletic event.
According to Associate Athletic Director for Corporate Development Scott Sidwell, the purpose of the hotline is to improve accommodations for fans who attend Green Wave athletic events.
"We want to hear from fans who have had either a positive or a negative experience while attending our events," Sidwell said. "The hotline is an opportunity for fans to give us their input about our facilities, game day staff, the concessions, parking and similar issues."
The Customer Service Line has been established to better serve Tulane fans. It is not a forum to criticize coaches, players or game situation decisions. The hotline will be monitored by Dick Harris, a volunteer and long-time supporter of Tulane Athletics. Harris will contact those individuals who call the Customer Service Line and will compile the suggestions and comments and turn them over to Tulane athletics administrators on a regular basis.
