Tulane Varsity Ball Tickets On Sale Now

NEW ORLEANS - Tickets for the 2004 Varsity Ball, Tulane Athletics' annual all-sports awards banquet, are on sale now at the Tulane Athletics Ticket Office in the James W. Wilson Center, or by calling 504-861-WAVE. This year's event will be held Monday, May 3, 2004 at the Radisson Hotel New Orleans on Canal Street and the general public is invited to attend.
A reception will begin at 6 p.m. followed by the dinner and awards at 7 p.m. Tickets are $40 per person or $350 for a table of 10. Sponsorship opportunities are available for this unique event, which brings together the entire Tulane Athletics "family" for a special night to celebrate the success of all 15 Green Wave programs in 2003-04.
The fourth annual event features each of Tulane's nearly 300 student-athletes, along with the head coaches of each sport and Athletics Director Rick Dickson. In addition, a special guest speaker will make brief remarks to the Tulane student-athletes. A video presentation featuring all the Tulane teams, and the annual Student-Athlete of the Year awards, voted on by the coaches and staff and presented to the outstanding male and female student-athlete in the program, highlight the evening.
