A key member of Tulane's men's tennis team which has achieved an all-time high ITA national ranking of No. 16, Westerberg has posted a 10-5 record in singles play and a 6-7 mark in doubles this spring. He also tallied the top singles record on the team during the fall of 2002. He is one of the leaders of the Green Wave which looks for its third Conference USA Championship from April 16-19 in Milwaukee, Wis. For his career, the senior has recorded an impressive 62-38 record in singles action. As a junior, the native of Sweden posted a 15-3 mark in singles and was named All-Conference USA and All-Louisiana. During his career, Westerberg has earned four victories over nationally-ranked foes. Majoring in business in the Freeman School of Business, Westerberg is on track to graduate following the fall semester.
