Tulane Athletics Launches Email Campaign

NEW ORLEANS, La. - In an effort to increase community awareness of the Green Wave athletics program and to reconnect with alumni from around the world, the Tulane Athletics Department has introduced an e-mail campaign designed to give fans and alumni a unique view of the Green Wave sports programs. At the center of this campaign is an improved weekly e-mail newsletter that will provide readers with up-to-date information on recent competitions, unique profiles on Green Wave student-athletes, special Tulane Athletics promotions, access to Green Wave merchandise and memorabilia and much more.

"We feel that this email newsletter will provide us with an opportunity to stay in touch with Tulane fans and alumni throughout the world," Associate Athletic Director Scott Sidwell said, "It will also give our fans the chance to see some of the elements that make Tulane Athletics a special place."
As part of the e-mail campaign, the athletic department will encourage fans to spread the word about the e-mail newsletter by forwarding it on to friends, family and co-workers and encouraging them to sign up to receive the newsletter themselves. Fans will be able to sign up to receive the newsletter online at www.TulaneGreenWave.com or in person at any home Tulane athletic event by filling out a registration form at one of the marketing tables. The first weekly e-mail will be sent out November 18th.
