Player Pass List Policies
Dear Green Wave football pass list attendees,
We appreciate your understanding during these unprecedented times as we put new measures into place at Yulman Stadium to maintain the health and safety of our student-athletes, coaches, staff and fans alike this season.
Please see below for these policies and procedures to start the season at Yulman Stadium. Should city and state regulations change, allowing us to increase attendance and update procedures for future games, we will let you know. However, these procedures will remain in place until further notice.
New 2020 Policies and Procedures for Tulane Football at Yulman Stadium:
Attendance:
- Football student-athletes will be allotted tickets based on their class year for each home game (senior – 4 tickets, junior – 2 tickets, sophomore – 2 tickets, freshman – 2 tickets). Student-athletes should enter their ticket requests 48 hours prior to kick-off in the Front Rush software using their user name and password.
- Total attendance at games will be limited to a maximum of 250 people in Yulman Stadium. At this time, only player and coach guests will be allowed to attend.
- All player pass list guests may park in the Diboll Parking Garage (access Diboll Garage from Ben Weiner Drive off of Willow Street) on campus beginning two hours prior to kick-off.
- All player pass list guests may check-in to receive their ticket beginning two hours prior to kick-off at the Player Pass list table, now located at Gate B on the plaza of Yulman Stadium.
- Please keep in mind that the rest of campus is closed to visitors. Please proceed from the parking garage to the Gate B entrance upon arrival.
- The pass list check-in table will close at the end of the 2nd quarter. Those that arrive after this time will not be allowed entry.
- Due to COVID restrictions, ALL GUESTS, regardless of age, must be listed on the pass list for entry.
- All player pass list guests must present a government issued photo ID at the pass list table to be allowed entry into the stadium.
- Please keep in mind, you must enter the stadium immediately upon receiving your ticket.
- Re-entry is not allowed at Yulman Stadium.
- There will be a clear bag policy in affect at Yulman Stadium this season. Clear bags must be no larger than 12” x 12” x 6” in size and will be checked upon entering the stadium.
- Tailgating on campus will not be allowed.
- All player pass list guests will be subject to a temperature check upon entering the stadium. All those displaying a temperature over 100.4 degrees will not be allowed admittance.
- All guests in attendance will be required to wear a mask at all times on the Tulane Campus and within Yulman Stadium. Masks must fully cover the nose and mouth. Those not in compliance will be removed from the stadium and campus.
- Concessions will be not open in Yulman Stadium, however complimentary bottled water will be provided to those in attendance.
- All Tulane player guest tickets will be located in Sections 103-108. All guests should maintain social distancing and sit only in the seat printed on their ticket.
- American Athletic Conference (AAC) policy requires a 20 foot clear area from the bench to maintain player health and safety. Please note with this, the first 5 rows are not open for guest seating.
- Restrooms will be available for attendees behind Sections 127-130 in the South end zone.
- All guests must exit the stadium post game. Tulane players can be met on the Yulman Plaza (outside Gate B) post-game. Should weather become an issue, families will be allowed to wait to greet players on the concourse inside Gate B.
- As a reminder, the rest of campus is closed to visitors. Please proceed from the stadium to your car in Diboll Garage after the game.
