Mobile Ticketing Download Instructions
1) You will receive an email from gowavego@wave.tulane.edu on Monday, August 9th - Please add this email to your approved sender list to ensure it doesn't' go into your junk folder. The email will look similar to the image below.
2) Open the email on your smartphone device, click the game link, and download the tickets to your mobile wallet. You can always refer back to your original email at any point throughout the season.
Can't find your email? No problem! You can still download your ticket by doing the following:
Option 1: Download the Tulane Green Wave App
Step 1: Download the Tulane Green Wave App from the app store on your mobile device.
Step 2: Open the app and create your new account. Note: The app is a separate login from your Tulane Athletics ticket account associated with your season tickets. We recommend using the same login credentials as your Tulane ticket account.
Step 3: Once you’ve selected your app preferences, select the “Tickets” icon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, and select “Manage My Tickets”.
Step 4: Login with your Tulane Athletics ticket account associated with your season tickets. Use the email address (variable EMAIL ADDRESS) and password associated with your online account. Note: You will not see your ticket inventory/seat locations until you receive your tickets on August 9
Once you have successfully completed the steps above you will remain logged in to the app and your ticket office account for future use.
Option 2: Visit Tulanetix.com on Your Smartphone
Step 1: On your smartphone, open your web browser and visit Tulanetix.com
Step 2: Click the three bars in the top right hand corner, and click My Account
Step 3: Login to your Tulane Athletics ticket account associated with your season ticket account.

Other Important Notes
Season tickets, single home game tickets and parking passes will all be delivered and managed through the Tulane Green Wave App or online at Tulanetix.com.
Ticket transfer will be available on Monday, August 9 when season tickets are made available through the Tulane Green Wave App or online at Tulanetix.com.
There are NO limitations on the number of times a ticket can be transferred.
All season ticketholders will also be able to re-sell their tickets on StubHub directly from the Tulane Green Wave App or online at Tulanetix.com.
