What is a Flexbook?

By purchasing a Flexbook, you will receive 10 vouchers to be redeemed for tickets at that sports' home games. The Flexbook gives you the ability to customize your season ticket based on your schedule. With a regular season ticket, if you know there are games that you will be unable to attend, your options are letting the tickets go to waste or trying to find someone to take the tickets off your hands. With the Flexbook, you have much more flexibility for the season. After purchasing your Flexbook, your vouchers can be used in whatever way works best for you.

For example, you can bring 10 people to one home game, two people to five different home games, or just come to 10 home games by yourself. Whatever combination works for you!

How to Redeem Your Tickets

No more waiting in ticket lines or scrambling to find a last-minute ticket for a friend! The Tulane Flexbook is completely mobile and able to be redeemed right up until the game starts. Vouchers can be exchanged from your phone or computer, and you will have your game tickets within minutes. All you need is a smart phone/computer with access to the Tulane Athletics App or a web browser. Next, just follow the steps below and you will be well on your way to a great gameday experience in Uptown.

On the Tulane Athletics App:

Use the "Tickets" tab at the bottom of the screen.
Select "Manage Tickets".
Login to your Tulane Athletics account using your email address and password or use a one-time pass code.
1. If you have not logged into your Tulane Athletics account before, proceed to activate your account through the app.
On the following screen, select "Exchange Tickets".
Select how many Flexbook vouchers you want to exchange.
Select which game you would like to use your vouchers for and select your seats (seat locations are limited and vary by game).
Finish the checkout process and your tickets will be emailed to you.
Remember to download your tickets before arriving to avoid any delays at the gates.

On the Tulane Athletics Website:

Go to www.tulanetix.com.
Select "Sign In" at the top of the screen.
1. If on mobile, "Sign In" under the drop-down menu at the top left.
Login to your Tulane Athletics account using your email address and password or use a one-time pass code.
1. If you have not logged into your Tulane Athletics account before, proceed to activate your account through the website.
Access your account by clicking on the circle with your initials at the top of the screen, then select "Exchange."
1. On mobile, access your account by going to "My Account" under the drop down at the top left of the screen. Then, select "Exchange Tickets."
Select how many Flexbook vouchers you want to exchange.
Select which game you would like to use your vouchers for and select your seats (seat locations are limited and vary by game).
Finish the checkout process and your tickets will be emailed to you.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I need more vouchers?
If you burn through your vouchers before the end of the season, there is always the opportunity to buy another Flexbook. With the ability to customize what games you use your vouchers for, the value of the Flexbook will never decrease. If you do not want to buy another Flexbook, you can purchase single game tickets as close to your Flexbook tickets as possible. If you do need to purchase extra game tickets but there are no open seats near you, please feel free to contact the Tulane Ticket Office to try to move your seats around to get everyone together.

What if I don't use all my Flexbook vouchers?
Unfortunately, Flexbook vouchers do not roll over from season to season. So, be sure to use your vouchers before the season ends. If you have vouchers left over by the final game, invite family and friends to experience gameday at Uptown.

What locations are available with the Flexbook?
Baseball Flexbooks include most chairback and bleacher seats (not valid for Sections 105-107, and 206).
