2014 (Sophomore): Competed in all five regular-season meets on the season as well as the American Athletic Conference Championship and the NCAA South Central Regional...posted a personal-best 10K time of 31:41.4 at the NCAA South Central Regional (11/14), while notching the school's ninth-fastest time in the event in school history...placed sixth at the Mississippi College XC Opener 5K (8/30) with a time of 16:31.58...posted a season-best 8K time of 26:11 at the Paul Short Run (10/4)...ran a 26:28.44 at the Furman XC Classic 8K (9/13)...placed 22^nd at the McNeese Cowboy Stampede 4-Mile (9/27) with a time of 20:35.3...posted 8K times of 26:50.82 and 26:20 at the Alabama Crimson Classic (10/17) and American Athletic Championship (10/31), respectively.

2013-14 (Freshman): Competed for the Stars, helping the team claim their first ever Sooner Athletic Conference championship as well as the NAIA Cross Country National Championship...earned All-American honors after placing 22^ndat the national championship, becoming the first freshman to cross the finish line in the race...placed fourth overall in the conference meet...posted a personal-best in the 8K with a time of 25:04.

Prep: Was a four-year letterwinner in cross country and a four-year letterwinner in track and field at Chandler High School in Chandler, Oklahoma...was an eight-time state champion in track and field (three in the 800 meters, two in the 1,600 meters and three in the 3,200 meters) while also earning two Class-3A state championships in cross country...earned Class-3A All-State honors on 12 occasions between track and field and cross country...owns the Chandler High School records in the 800 meters (1:53.54), the 1,600 meters (4:17), the 3,200 meters (9:44)...was the team captain and team MVP all four years in both cross country and track and field...also lettered once as a shooting guard in basketball and once as a quarterback in football at Chandler High School.
