Matherne graduated from Auburn in December of 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a minor in sport coaching.
Prior to coming to Tulane, he worked for the Atlanta Braves as an A-List Premium Guest Service Attendant. He also worked at Auburn for the Athletics Ticket Office where he conducted and mediated sales for ticket packages in six different sports.
Most recently, he worked as a Ticket Operations Sales Agent for the Rocket City Trash Pandas, where he generated sales of packages of various sizes for both individuals and groups.
