Tulane Athletics Cancels Fall Fan Day

New Orleans - The Tulane Department of Intercollegiate Athletics has canceled its annual fan day in the wake of an influx of cases of flu-like symptoms involving its student-athletes.
Tulane opens the 2009 season at home against Conference USA rival Tulsa in front of a national televised audience on ESPN on Friday, September 4 at 7 p.m.
