NEW ORLEANS -- Congratulations 2011 Season Ticket holder David Cairello New Orleans, LA for winning Tulane's 13 for 13 Part VIII! David Cairello has won the opportunity to be honorary team captain at a Tulane Home Game this year.
All fans that have purchased season tickets or buy them before August 13th will be entered into the drawings.
