Instructions for Selecting Your 2014 Yulman Stadium Football Seats & Parking
Selection time is here! Thank you for being part of this historic season for Tulane University as we bring football home for the first time in almost 40 years!
Through our Loyalty Points Program, we have created a fair and equitable way for our fans to select seats and parking for Yulman Stadium. You will be selecting your seats by your Loyalty Points ranking. You should have received an email indicating your date, time of selection as well as your customer # and pin. If you have not received, please contact us at 504.861.WAVE (9283).
IN ADVANCE
Familiarize yourself with the selection tool. You can log on several days before your selection time to watch the instructional video, take a look at seat views and parking lot requirements. This tool can be found at www.YulmanStadium.com. Click through to the link for "Seat Selection."
ON YOUR SELECTION DAY
Seat selection is easy! There are three easy ways to select your seats:
ONLINE
1. Log on to the website at YulmanStadium.com by using your customer # and PIN.
2. You can log on 30 minutes to one hour prior to your selection time to become familiar with seats that are available.
3. Follow the step-by-step instructions
4. Print a copy of your screen as a receipt, if desired.
5. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you detailing your selection(s).
6. Log out of the website.
BY TELEPHONE
1. Know your selection date and time.
2. Call a Tulane customer service representative at 504.861.WAVE (9283).
3. Have your Customer # and PIN readily available.
4. The Tulane customer service representative will work with you to select your seats according to your preference and availability.
IN PERSON at the James W. Wilson Jr. Center on Tulane's uptown campus
1. Arrive at the James W. Wilson Jr. Center approximately 15 minutes BEFORE your assigned selection time. Remember to bring your Customer # and PIN. (Parking is available in the Rosen Lot.)
2. Enter the front doors of the James W. Wilson Jr. Center where a Tulane customer service representative will be there to greet you and guide you through the selection process.
Parking Selection
You will select your preferred lot of parking at the time of your seat selection. Tulane Athletics Fund donors will be given priority on selecting their preferred parking option. Donor parking will be allocated based on annual giving membership level and loyalty points. Please see the enclosed map for lot availability. If you have any questions about your Tulane Athletics Fund membership, please contact the Tulane Athletics Fund office at 504.865.5356 or taf@tulane.edu.
Helpful Tips:
1. Familiarize yourself with the selection tool beforehand.
2. The selection tool reflects real time.
3. If you miss your allotted time, you can still log on at any time after your assigned time and select your seats and parking. Please note that others scheduled after can select their seats during their assigned time.
4. If you miss your selection time and you have not logged on within 30 minutes of your selection, a customer service representative will contact you to assist.
