Bowling Freshman Madison McCall to Compete in USBC Junior Gold Championships

NEW ORLEANS – Tulane bowling incoming freshman Madison McCall will compete in the Junior Gold Championships, presented by the United States Bowling Congress, July 15-22 in Cleveland, Ohio.

McCall, a native of Myrtle Beach, S.C., will begin classes at Tulane this coming fall where she will compete for the Green Wave bowling program. She recently placed 12th in the Teen Masters tournament, held July 1-7 in Richmond, Va.

The Junior Gold Championships is an annual national tournament for the top male and female youth bowlers in the United States. In addition to the ability to earn scholarships, youth bowlers in the U20 and U15 divisions have the opportunity to earn a spot on the Junior Team USA.
