NEW ORLEANS – Tulane head coach Willie Fritz met with the media Wednesday morning following the team's practice at Yulman Stadium, to preview Saturday's season opener against Grambling State.
The Green Wave take on the Tigers at 7 p.m. Saturday at Yulman Stadium. The game will be broadcast on the Tulane IMG Sports Network, via flagship station 1280 AM Fox Sports New Orleans, as well as TuneIn Radio, and on ESPN3.com.Â
Tulane returned to practice at Yulman Stadium Wednesday morning after the threat of Tropical Storm Harvey prompted changes on Tuesday. Practice was moved to the New Orleans Saints indoor facility Tuesday evening, and Fritz's weekly news conference, typically held on Tuesdays, we postponed until Wednesday. The Green Wave will workout Thursday morning at Yulman Stadium, as the team prepares for the 2017 season opener.
Season tickets, mini-plans and single game tickets are on sale now, and can be purchased by calling 504-861-WAVE (9283), logging onto TulaneTix.com or visiting the ticket office at the James W. Wilson Jr. Center. Season tickets that includes all six home games during the 2017 season start as low as $200 for a single book and $300 for a family four-pack. Mini plans include the 3rd & Goal package for $75 and the Homecoming & Lagniappe package for $65. Seats are available in locations throughout Yulman Stadium.
