Eatherly Named to the Watch List for the David Binn Award

NEW ORLEANS – Junior Geron Eatherly has been named to the 2018 David Binn Award Preseason Watch List this week. The award honors the nation's top long snapper.
Over the past two seasons, the San Antonio, Texas native has become a mainstay as Tulane's long snapper, seeing action in 24 games.
In 2017, Eatherly posted a 98 percent perfect snap rate in punts and a 100 percent snap rate in field goals. His perfect snap rate allowed Tulane field goal kickers to connect on 90 percent of their field goal attempts and 94 percent of their extra point attempts.
