2019 TULANE FOOTBALL GAMEDAY FAN GUIDE
NEW ORLEANS – With the Tulane football season just around the corner, Green Wave fans will be treated to a number of new additions and experiences at Yulman Stadium this fall.
Here is a look at some of the new and revamped initiatives that will be in place for the 2019 season to ensure Green Wave fans and visitors enjoy a unique, fun-filled gameday experience.
THE MOST AFFORDABLE TICKET IN TOWN
-Fans that visit Yulman Stadium this fall can do so by purchasing season tickets for as low as $49 by visiting TulaneTix.com.
-This year's annual Homecoming game will feature discounted ticket prices of $25 while supplies last.
-Tulane also will offer a $5 dollar ticket option for Tulane's matchups against Missouri State (Sept. 14) and UConn (Oct. 12).
FAN FRIENDLY CONCESSIONS PRICING BEGINS
- Fans attending home games at Yulman Stadium for the 2019 season will notice a reduction in food and beverage prices at many of the venue's concessions stands.
- Hot dogs, candy, peanuts and bottled water will be available for $2 each, while popcorn and select domestic draft beers will be offered at $3 each. Nachos will also cost $3 with various add-ons (salsa, chili, extra cheese) for just $1.
- Locations for fan-friendly food pricing can be found in sections 119, 128 and 203 (Westfeldt), while concessions selling select draft beers are located behind sections 118, 124, 129 and 204 (Westfeldt).
ENTRY INTO YULMAN STADIUM JUST GOT EASIER
-Getting into Yulman Stadium this fall will be much easier thanks to the introduction of Alvarado Scanning Pedestals.
- The admission pedestal provides portable, barrier free access control which will allow fans to self-validate their tickets so they can get into games faster this fall.
A NEW AND IMPROVED TAILGATING EXPERIENCE
- Green Wave fans coming out to the game can take advantage of Tulane's new partnership with Tailgater Concierge.
-Tailgater Concierge will be providing fans with an easy and fun way to tailgate by offering a variety of tailgate packages and upgrades like satellite televisions, tailgate games, BBQ grills, and more that weren't available before. They also handle all the set-up, take-down and clean-up so all fans have to do is show up, have fun and then head to the game.
-Tulane's student tailgate experience will be closer to Yulman stadium this fall, as festivities will take place on Brown Field.
-Students can visit TulaneGreenWave.com the day before each game for a complete breakdown of tailgate activities on gameday.
LYFT
-Tulane has partnered with LYFT this fall. Fans can catch a ride home after each game by going to the designated Lyft pick up area which will be located on the corner of Claiborne and Ben Weiner Drive.
THE ULTIMATE COLLEGE FOOTBALL EXPERIENCE JUST BECAME MORE AFFORDABLE
-Tulane football's exclusive Jill H. and Avram A. Glazer Family Club provides college football fans with the ultimate gameday experience and this fall it is more affordable than ever.
-Fans interested in gaining access to the Jill H. and Avram A. Glazer Family Club this fall can do so for $1,800 for the season.
-The $1,500 donation and $300 ticket cost includes parking, a pregame tailgate, access to the climate controlled Jill H. and Avram A. Glazer Family Club, premium seating out of the sun, all-you-can-eat food options from some of the most exclusive restaurants in New Orleans, all-you-can-drink options from the bar located in the club just steps away from your seat.

NEW TEAM ENTRANCE
-When the Green Wave takes the field this fall, they will do so through a new tunnel backdrop complete with Tulane's angry wave logo on top of the entrance. The new team tunnel also will include lights, smoke and fireworks as the Green Wave runs on to Benson Field this fall.
NEW BANNERS
-Tulane fans will see a banner for the Green Wave's 2018 AutoNation Cure Bowl Championship above section 113. The department also pays tribute to the team's 2018 American Athletic Conference Co-West Division title and its previous league championships over section 112.
-Fans also will see a new look to the banner designs on the entire East side of the stadium.
Tulane opens the 2019 football season on Thursday, August 29 at home against FIU with kickoff scheduled for 7 p.m. The Green Wave are coming off a memorable 2018 campaign that was highlighted by a win in the AutoNation Cure Bowl and an American Athletic Conference West Division Co-Championship.
