NEW ORLEANS – The tight end position with the Tulane football team will feature a wealth of young talent, as the six-player unit features no juniors or seniors.

-As a redshirt freshman a year ago, Wallace appeared in 11 games and made six starts. He also averaged 5.3 yards per catch.
-Tulane will look to sophomores Keitha Jones Jr., Tyrick James and Connor Prouet to contribute this fall.
-Charles Jones II, who was the unit's leading pass catcher from a year ago, graduated and signed a professional contract with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
-In addition, Tulane welcomed freshmen Keshon Williams and Connor Richardson from the 2019 Signing Class.
-Slade Nagle begins his fourth season coaching the Green Wave tight ends.
POSITIONAL HIGHLIGHTS
-Tulane tight ends helped pave the way for the Green Wave to rush for over 200 yards in six games a year ago.
-The Green Wave averaged 218.2 yards per game on the ground, which ranked 23rd among Football Bowl Subdivision teams and fifth in The American.
-Tulane's rushing attack also proved to be one of the most explosive in the country as the Green Wave was tied for sixth nationally in rushes of 30 yards or more.
