
Tulane Debuts at No. 19 in the NTCA Preseason Poll

NEW ORLEANS – The Tulane bowling team debuted at No. 19 on the National Tenpin Coaches Association 2020-21 Preseason Top 25 Poll.
"It is nice to be ranked in the top 20 at the start of the season," Tulane head coach Hayley Veitch said. "We look forward to the challenge of improving upon the preseason ranking."
The Green Wave are one of seven teams from the Southland Bowling League to be ranked in the top 20 of the poll.
Coming in at No. 1 is McKendree, followed by Vanderbilt at No. 2, Arkansas State at No. 3, Nebraska at No. 4 and Sam Houston State at No. 5. Maryland Eastern Shore, Stephen F. Austin, North Carolina A&T, Louisiana Tech and Youngstown State round out the top 10.
The second 10 included Duquesne at No. 11, followed by Mount St. Mary's, Fairleigh Dickinson, Sacred Heart, Central Missouri, Wisconsin-Whitewater, Delaware State and Maryville (Saint Louis) with Adelphi following Tulane at No. 20.
UAB, Monmouth, Lincoln Memorial, Wilmington and Long Island University round out the top 25.
The Green Wave will open competition for the 2020-21 season in November.
