Today's Incoming Freshman Spotlight features Danielle Titus from Barbados.
What's something that makes you excited to be part of the Green Wave?Â
"What makes me excited about being apart of the Green Wave is just how family oriented the team is and how encouraging they are to everyone and I haven't had that all the time in my career, so I'm excited about the team culture."
Are you nervous about anything starting college?
"I'm nervous about making new friends and leaving my family behind."
What were your first impressions when you visited New Orleans and Tulane?
"My first impression was that New Orleans was really beautiful and intriguing. In relation to Tulane, i was just shocked at how big it was and how nice the facilities were for the student-athletes."
Is there anywhere you're excited to go again or looking forward to around the city?
"I'm looking forward to going in town again and going to Cafe' du Monde again."
How do you hope to contribute to the Swim and Dive Team?
"I just hope to make a difference with my swimming and to become a great addition to the team."
And lastly, something unique about you?
"Well I never back down even when things get challenging."
