
McCall Named All-Central Region Honorable Mention

NEW ORLEANS – Senior Madison McCall of the Tulane bowling team was named All-Central Region Honorable Mention, the Ten Pin Coaches Association (NTCA) announced today.
McCall opened the season by placing 13th with 759 total pins and a 189.75 pin average at the La Tech Invitational. McCall bowled her tournament-best 219 in game four against UAB.
She followed that up with games at 204, 219, 215, 160 and 231 for a 205.8 pin average and a sixth-place finish at the Prairie View A&M Invitational X.
The Myrtle Beach, S.C., native then posted 1,476 pins and a 210.86 pin average to tie for fifth at the Lady Techsters Classic in Dallas. McCall registered her tournament-high game of 244 pins against Vanderbilt. She also had games of 222, 215, 213, 211, 192 and 179 in the tournament.
The Green Wave's lone senior led the way for the Olive and Blue with 1,050 total pins and a 210.0 pin average at the Music City Classic. She posted the team's tournament-high with 238 against Kentucky Wesleyan. McCall also logged games of 216, 207, 204 and 185 for the tournament.
McCall finished 17th with a 210.33 pin average at the Mid-Winter Invitational. She posted games of 236, 201, 203, 216 and 216 in Jonesboro, Ark.
She was named an Honorable Mention All-American by the NTCA in 2020.
