The Tulane swimming & diving team will welcome six newcomers to New Orleans for the 2021-22 season. In the first incoming spotlight series, Green Wave fans are able to get to know more about freshman Anna Behrman.

What are you looking forward to most about being a part of the Tulane swimming and diving team?
"I am looking forward to being on an amazing team with amazing people! I cannot wait to get to know everyone and become a part of the family!"
What part of living in New Orleans excites you the most?
"I am most excited about exploring NOLA, and the food and music that goes along with it!"
What made you want to come to Tulane?
"After visiting Tulane for the first time, I knew that was where I wanted to spend the next four years of my life. I love everything about it! The campus is beautiful, the academics are amazing, there is a ton of diversity, a large Jewish community, a great swim & dive program, plus it is in New Orleans! It's basically my dream school and I am so excited to attend in the fall!"
What do you plan on majoring in?
'Public Health or Cell and Molecular Biology."
What's something that not many people know about you?
"I am obsessed with Harry Styles."
What are three songs on your pregame playlist?
"Three of my favorite songs on my pregame playlist are "Thrift Shop" by Macklemore, "Still Feel" by Half Alive and "Kiwi" by Harry Styles.
If you could be any TV/movie/book character, who would you be and why?
"I would be Hermione Granger from the Harry Potter series because she is AWESOME. Plus who wouldn't want to be a wizard?"
What's an accomplishment that you're most proud of?
"I am most proud of the student, athlete and person I have become over the past four years! However, I am excited to continue growing as a person throughout college."
If you could eat at only one restaurant for the rest of your life, what would it be?
"I love sushi and Japanese food so I would have to pick Kuroshio!"
