The Tulane swimming & diving team will welcome six newcomers to New Orleans for the 2021-22 season. In the sixth and final incoming spotlight series, Green Wave fans are able to get to know more about freshman Eleanor McMeen.

"I'm most looking forward to being part of an amazing team of women who uplift each other, and put 100 percent effort into everything they do, in and outside of the pool."
What part of living in New Orleans excites you the most?
"Definitely the warm weather and the amazing food!"
What do you plan on majoring in?
"Finance."
What's something that most people don't know about you?
"I can do a pretty cool trick with my ears."
What are three songs on your pregame playlist?
"'Forever Young' by Lil Yachty, 'These Nights' by Avicii, 'Hot' by Young Thug."
If you could be any TV/movie/book character, who would you be and why?
"Probably Hermione from Harry Potter because she is so smart and always knows what to say and do at the right time, and she's an amazing friend too."
If you could eat at only one restaurant for the rest of your life, what would it be?
"Definitely Chipotle, I love a good burrito bowl."
