2022 TULANE FOOTBALL GAMEDAY FAN GUIDE

NEW ORLEANS – With the Tulane football season just around the corner, Green Wave fans will be treated to several new additions and experiences at Yulman Stadium this fall.

Here is a look at some of the new and revamped initiatives that will be in place for the 2022 season to ensure Green Wave fans and visitors enjoy a unique, fun-filled gameday experience.

GAME DAY CUSTOMER SERVICE ENHANCEMENTS

In 2022, Tulane Athletics has partnered with Allied Universal to provide event staffing for all athletic events. Allied Team Members will be available and eager to assists guests with all questions and concerns. Fans are also encouraged to text TIPWAVE with their issue and location to 888777 for immediate assistance on gamedays.
Tulane has made lighting enhancements to all concourse and Glazer Family Club restrooms.
While Tulane encourages all fans to bring their clear bags for entry and leave all prohibited items at home, there will be a new option for fans that arrive at the gate without the proper approved bags. A courtesy prohibited bag/item check will be offered outside the Gate B Party Plaza for a $10/rental. Fans will be able to leave these items in a secured, security-managed locker system.
In an effort to expedite speed-of-sales, all concessions transactions are cashless throughout Tulane's campus. A cash-to-card machine in located on the concourse of Yulman Stadium at Section 105.

PARTY ON THE PLAZA

New in 2022, the Plaza area in front of Gate B of Yulman Stadium with be expanded with new fan amenities and entertainment options. The gates of the plaza will be expanded, allowing fans to visit the Plaza area throughout the game.
Happy Hour pricing! Fans can enjoy discounts and happy hour deals on the Plaza and in Westfeldt Terrace by entering the stadium early on gameday. Happy Hour food and drink specials will be available when gates open 90 minutes prior to kickoff each game day. Check the gameday website each week for specials.
Live music: Fans can enjoy select bands and DJs each home game on the Plaza.
Some of New Orleans' favorite food trucks will be available on the Plaza by Gate B throughout the game for fans dining pleasure.
TV Screen: As fans wait for kickoff, they can enjoy other collegiate games around the country on the big screen located on the Plaza pre-game.
Gameday Moments/Pictures: Several Green Wave Instagram-able moments will be available on the Plaza for fans to memorialize their gameday moments with family and friends.
Seating: New seating options on the Plaza will be available for fans to relax and enjoy the space with their family and friends.

GATE ENTRY AND FLOW

Gate C has been reconfigured to allow for queueing space within the tunnel. Fans and students can enter via Gate C with an easier flow for bag checks, ticket scanning and entry from Tailgate Village.
Again in 2022, Jill H. and Avram A. Glazer Family Club ticket holders can enjoy an exclusive entry at the Hertz Center only for Glazer Family Club ticket holders. Fans should keep in mind: only fans holding a ticket in this area may use the Hertz Center entrance on gameday. Fans holding a ticket for the Glazer Family Club must enter through the Hertz Center entrance.

CONCESSION ENHANCEMENT AND DEALS

Fans attending games in Yulman Stadium can now pre-order their favorite concession items from their seats and pick up their items at a special pre-order line at select concession stands. QR codes will be available around the stadium to utilize the new Appetize App for ordering ease while cutting down wait times.
Concession Item of the Game: each game will feature a special concession item to enhance the fan experience. Fans can visit the gameday website, promotions page or watch their email for each game's items.

Fan amenity enhancements have been made to the west concourse near the "Thirsty Wave" concessions area near Section 122. Fans will now have an area to congregate to enjoy the numerous unique concessions offerings located on the west concourse.

WESTFELDT TERRACE ENHANCEMENTS

New in 2022, fans in the Westfeldt Terrace can enjoy new lounge seating and a beer garden-style area on the concourse.
The previously mentioned happy hour specials are available in Westfeldt Terrace while fans lounge in the new seating area pre-game and at halftime.
All fans will have access to the lounge area and concession offerings in Westfeldt Terrace throughout the game.
Back in 2022 for Westfeldt Ticket Holders only is the Westfeldt Express Entrance. Fans holding Westfeldt Terrace tickets can enter the ramp on the Plaza area (between Gates A and B) to use the elevator for an express trip up to the Westfeldt Terrace seating area.

TAILGATING

Coming back to Tailgate Village in 2022, fans can enjoy live music on the stage from some of New Orleans' favorite bands. Check the promotions and gameday webpages each week for Tailgate Village bands.
Young greenies can once again enjoy the Kids Zone on the LBC Quad with inflatable games and face-painting
Returning in 2022, fans can enjoy enhanced tailgating experiences through University partner Tailgate Concierge.

SEASON-TICKET HOLDER THANK YOU

A season-ticket holder recognition wall has been added to the concourse near Section 104. Tulane encourages all season-ticket holders to stop by, find their names and snap a photo to share with @TulaneAthletics on their favorite social media applications.

THE MOST AFFORDABLE TICKET IN TOWN

Tulane will offer a $5 dollar ticket option for Tulane's matchups against UMass (Sept. 3) and SMU (Nov. 17), while all additional home games have single game options starting as low as $10.
Season tickets start as low as $59 in the Family Fun Zone for all seven home games.
New multi-game package: Flexbooks for Football-Use all tickets for one game or split into several games.
New additions have been made to Tulane Athletics App to help fans on gameday, especially when it comes to your ticket needs. Fans can now:
- Use the "Add All" game tickets button within the app to download all your tickets to your phone wallet.
- Utilize unlimited ticket transfer option for your mobile tickets through app
- New digital single game day parking passes purchased through TulaneTix.com; card payment options available on drive-up as well (based on availability)

RETURNING FAVORITES AND REMINDERS
Fans are also reminded that these great amenities and policies will still be available and in place for the 2022 season.

ADA shuttles are available from Tailgate Village and campus parking lots to and from the stadium pre- and postgame. These shuttles drop off and pick up at the Gate B Plaza area. ADA shuttles from Ursuline based on request through lot attendant.
Mobile ticketing is the primary source of ticketing, allowing your mobile phone to be your ticket and parking pass each game day.
The Clear bag policy is in effect again this season.
