Sep 30, 2022 | Women's Golf
NEW ORLEANS – Tulane golf head coach Stew Burke announced the 2023 spring schedule on Friday.
"Our spring schedule is a perfect opportunity for us to build towards repeating as conference champions," Burke said. "We're excited to test ourselves against some of the best teams in the country throughout the season."
Â
The Green Wave will open spring competition with the Tulane Classic Presented by Chad Brownstein, February 12-14 at the English Turn Golf & Country Club.
Â
Hitting the road for the rest of the season, Tulane will play in the Rivertowne Invitational, hosted by Charleston Southern (Feb. 26-28), the Trinity Forest Invitational, hosted by SMU (Mar. 6-7), the Florida State Match Up (Mar. 17-19) and the Anuenue Spring Break Classic in Maui, Hawaii (Mar. 27-29).
Â
Looking to repeat as champions, the team heads to the American Athletic Conference Tournament April 16-18 in Brooksville, Florida.
"Ultimately our goal is to move on to NCAA Regionals and NCAA Championship to finish out the year," Burke said. "This Krewe is definitely capable of hanging with the nation's best and I look forward to a strong finish for our fall season and a fast start to the spring!"
Â
NCAA Regionals take place May 8-10. The NCAA Championships will be held at the Grayhawk Golf Club in Scottsdale, Arizona from May 19-24.
