Tulane Opened Fall Slate Versus UNO with 15 Wins

ELMWOOD, LA- The Green Wave beach volleyball team opened up their fall season play when they hosted UNO at White Sands Beach Volleyball Courts on Saturday.
The entire team competed in mixed pairs against pairs from UNO. Tulane came away with 15 wins and only three losses.
Head beach volleyball coach, Eyal Zimet, said, "Extremely excited to start our fall competitions today with perfect beach volleyball weather and atmosphere at White Sands!"Â
He continued, "Our team was eager to test ourselves and came out to play with incredible effort and attitude! Grateful for each of our team members! Lots to be proud of, a ton to work on, and plenty to look forward to as we gear up for our busiest time of the fall! Roll Wave!"Â
The Green Wave will be back in action next weekend when they travel to Coconut Beach in Kenner to compete in another pairs tournament.Â
