
Golf Closes Out White Sands Invitational in Seventh Place

Tulane carded a final score of 924 (+60) after scoring their lowest round of the tournament on Sunday at 302 (+14). Senior Miriam Emmert led the Wave overall, with a total score of 227 (+11) to climb two spots in the final day and land tied for 17th place overall.
Favored Kansas State took home the title with a total score of 884 (+20) and Wildcat Haley Vargas won the individual title after carding a total score of 217 (+1).
Tulane will return home for the offseason before resuming play at the San Diego State Classic in early February.
