Golf Closes Out Lady Paladin

GREENVILLE, S.C - Tulane golf finished day three of the Lady Paladin Sunday.
Senior Miriam Emmert stayed steady, leading the Wave on day one and two while carding a 74 on round three to finish tied for 30th overall. Senior Cleo Liu followed behind, with a 74 on round three to land tied for 40th.
Junior Matilde Innocenti went one under par on day three while freshman Julia Sánchez Morales finished the day even, with both recording three birdies apiece. Junior Ruhee Pandit shot a 77 on round three to round out the scorecard for the Wave to a total of 896.
Junior Luna Xu competed as an individual for the Invitational and finished with a total score of 236.
Host team Furman tied Augusta for the win, with both finishing with 859. The course proved to be challenging across the board, as only first place Furman/August and third place Western Kentucky finishing under par.
The team will return home for a week before heading to Denver for the Ron Moore Intercollegiate.
