
Hutchinson Inks with Green Wave

NEW ORLEANS – Tulane women's tennis head coach Maria Brito announced on Wednesday that Cleo Hutchinson has signed on to join the Green Wave in the fall of 2025.
Hutchinson, a Santa Barbara, California native, is currently ranked 48th nationally in the Class of 2025 and eighth in California by Tennis Recruiting Network.
Hutchinson will bring a wealth of championship experience to Uptown, having won three international 18 and under titles (International Tennis Federation) and four United States Tennis Association crowns.
A 5-star blue chip recruit, Hutchinson's Universal Tennis Rating has risen as high as 9.53.
"We want to welcome Cleo to Tulane!" said Brito. "She embodies our values and represents the core beliefs that are important to us. She has incredible work ethic and competitiveness and we can't wait for her to get here! Roll Wave!"
Tulane will open its 2025 spring schedule on January 25 at home against Southern at 1 p.m.
