
Women's Tennis Bested by Ole Miss

NEW ORLEANS - Women's Tennis (6-4) dropped to Ole Miss (6-2) on Sunday 5-2.
The Wave struggled in doubles as Ole Miss would take court one and three to clinch the doubles point and end play on court two.
Charlotte Russell would provide a point to the Wave to tie it up after winning 6-6, 6-2 on court five. Shortly after, Ole Miss would claim two more points on courts one and three. Mackenzie Clark and Cora Barber would both force the third set on courts two and four, but Barber would fall short on court four as Ole Miss would secure the fourth point to win the match. Clark would add one more point for the Wave as the match played out in a 5-7, 6-0, 7-5 come-from-behind victory.
Tulane will return to action in Florida on Friday at 2pm to take on FAU (5-1).
