
Swimming and Diving Unveils 2024-25 Schedule

NEW ORLEANS – The Tulane swimming and diving team unveiled their 2024-25 schedule on Thursday.
Among the highlights are three home meets at the Reily Student Recreation Center. The program will also travel and visit the states of Virginia, Texas, Ohio, North Carolina and Florida during the regular season.
The program starts the season at home hosting Vanderbilt at noon on Sept. 27. The team then heads to Texas for multiple days of meets against Rice (Nov. 1) and Houston (Nov. 2). Tulane wraps up the month at the Cleveland State Viking Invitational just before Thanksgiving from Nov. 21-23. The US Opener in Greensboro, North Carolina follows for the team from Dec. 4-7. The team sends a qualifying delegation to the Open Water Championships on Dec. 15 in Miami, Florida. Just before Christmas, Tulane is off to compete in the Eagle Holiday Bash on Dec. 19 in Fort Myers, Florida. Following a break for both Christmas and the New Year's Holiday, the Olive and Blue get back in the pool to compete at the FIU Sprint Invitational on Jan. 4 in Miami, Florida. The program's second home meet of the season follows on Jan. 25 as the team hosts Little Rock. The team wraps up the home schedule and the regular season by hosting West Florida on Feb. 1 at 1:30 p.m. The program then heads to Dallas, Texas to take part in the AAC Championship from Feb. 19-22 at Southern Methodist University. The Zone D Diving Championships are from March 9-12 at a yet to be announced location. The National Invitational Championships are from March 12-15 in Ocala, Florida. The 2025 NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships are from March 19-22 in Federal Way, Washington.
Tulane's swimming program had an outstanding 2023-24 season that resulted in 64 lifetime bests, 31 all-time top-10 school marks, four school records, an AAC individual title, an AAC Freshman of the Year Award, 11 National Invite Championship Qualifiers, a Zone Diver Qualifier and an NCAA qualifier. The program is returning 13 swimmer and divers from last season and is bringing in a newcomer class of 11 for Coach Caldwell's third season in charge of the program
