What to Expect at Yulman Stadium This Season

NEW ORLEANS - The Tulane Football season kicks off in just 11 days, promising fresh and thrilling gameday experiences for Green Wave supporters this fall at Yulman Stadium. Many new and some familiar fan-favorite elements will appear in the 2025 season.

Giveaways and Promotions
There are premium giveaways scheduled this season to thank fans for their support of Green Wave Football.

Aug. 30 vs. Northwestern – Uptown Kickoff
Celebrate the start of college football in New Orleans with the second annual Uptown Kickoff game. We will also recognize the 20th Anniversary of Hurricane Katrina during the game, and fans can pick-up a plain green helmet pin in honor of the team from that season.

Sept. 13 vs. Duke – Hall of Fame
The Tulane Athletics Hall of Fame Class of 2025 will be honored throughout the game, and the first 2,500 fans will receive a Tulane-branded BBQ spatula.

Oct. 9 vs. ECU – Thursday Night in Uptown
Enjoy Thursday night football in Uptown as the team unveils special edition uniforms. The first 1,000 students will also receive a special edition shirt.

Oct. 18 vs. Army – Military Appreciation
A limited number of free tickets will be provided to active duty military and veterans through VetTix while supplies last, and the first 3,000 fans will receive a camo Green Wave bucket hat, sponsored by Coca-Cola.

Nov. 15 vs. FAU – Homecoming
Fans are encouraged to wear green to match the team since this will be a Greenout game, and the first 10,000 fans at the game will receive a green pom-pom, sponsored by Capital One.

Nov. 29 vs. Charlotte – Senior Day
Tulane Football will honor its senior class prior to kickoff with an on-field ceremony featuring head coach Jon Sumrall and the families of each Green Wave senior. The first 4,000 fans will also receive a Tulane fleece blanket, sponsored by LCMC Health.

Gameday Experience
Tulane Athletics has worked with Musco Sports Lighting to install new LED color-changing stadium lights for the 2025 season at Yulman Stadium. The lights are designed to enhance the fan experience via light shows, lighting patterns and color-changing effects.

Tulane has also partnered with Fuze Technologies to offer rentable phone-charging services at the following Yulman Stadium locations:
Party on the Plaza inside the north entrance
West Concourse near Section 119
Westfeldt Terrace Concourse near Section 204
Jill H. & Avram A. Glazer Family Club

Green Wave fans will also have access to a new Barnes & Noble point-of-sale kiosk on Westfeldt Terrace on the concourse near Section 205. The following locations will be open on gamedays:

Tailgate Trailer on Drill Road
Stadium Trailer on Party on the Plaza
Westfeldt Terrace Section 205

Tulane faithful can also upgrade their gameday with exclusive new Hullabaloo View experiences, offering immersive, behind-the-scenes access like never before. Options include sideline passes, facility tours, photo ops and more! Experiences will be available every home game during the 2025 Tulane Football season, but space is limited. For the Northwestern game, complimentary WaterMonsters will be available at Tailgate, the student entrance on Brown Field & Party on the Plaza. A cooling, misting tent can also be found on Party on the Plaza, while cooling packs will be located at the guest experience kiosks near sections 105 and 120.

Uptown Terrace
Tulane Athletics has added a brand-new premium seating area to Yulman Stadium called the Uptown Terrace. Located atop sections 119 and 123 in Yulman Stadium, the Uptown Terrace features stylish loge boxes, complete with first class amenities, and all-new drink rail seating, providing more options for fans looking for premium seating options from which to enjoy Tulane Football. The loge boxes are sold out for the 2025 season, but there are a limited number of drink rail seats still available on a season and single-game basis. These chairback mesh seats provide premium sightlines, added legroom, and enhanced comfort. Premium drink rail seating just below the loge boxes – 120 total mesh chairback seats, with additional legroom for enhanced comfort. Parking and Shuttles
Due to enhanced safety and security measures as well as on campus construction projects, some updates have been made to gameday parking and shuttle policies.

All parking lots open for gameday five (5) hours prior to kick-off for most games. Adjustments will be made for morning games.

Please note that drive-up day-of-game sales will be limited to the Ursuline Lot and Loyola Garages. The rate is $25 and only credit/debit are accepted.

Drive-up day-of-game ADA parking is located at the Ursuline Lot. Please use the entrance from Claiborne Ave. A shuttle will be provided to-and-from Yulman Stadium.

Tulane will continue to offer fan convenience shuttles to transport fans to-and-from off-site parking lots to campus. Shuttles will stop at the following locations:
Claiborne Ave. - Near Ben Weiner Drive (Stadium Hub)
Tailgate Village Lot - Newcomb Place @ Newcomb Circle
St. Rita Lot - Broad Place outside lot's main entrance
Ursuline Lot - Inside ADA entrance off Claiborne Avenue, inside ADA exit off Nashville Avenue, outside main lot exit off Willow Street

All shuttle stops are marked with a feather flag and go directly from the designated lot to the hub on Claiborne Avenue near Ben Weiner Drive. No service will be provided from the Diboll Garage, Oak Lot or Loyola Garages.

Due to enhanced safety and security measures, no shuttles will be allowed access onto Ben Weiner Drive.

Tulane will also deploy meridian traffic barriers at the following intersections surrounding Yulman Stadium to ensure the safety and security of all fans:

Ben Weiner Drive @ Claiborne Ave.
Ben Weiner Drive @ Janet Yulman Way
Willow Street @ Janet Yulman Way

Vehicular access will be strictly prohibited near the stadium. Please see the parking map for more details regarding road closures and available parking lots around campus.

The construction of the indoor practice facility is ongoing, and Tulane Athletics anticipates seeing its completion in early 2026. The project has experienced delays due to weather, permitting and regular construction challenges. We will continue to provide updates as the project progresses and any effects it may have on gameday logistics.

Concessions
Many of the specialty partners and vendors return from 2024 for another season at Yulman Stadium. All concessions points-of-sale are cashless and accept credit or debit only.

Beignets and Beignet Hot Honey Chicken Sliders will be available in the Uptown Tenders stand and the Classic Express stand on Westfeldt.

A frozen coffee machine has also been added to Uptown Tenders.

Ice Cream novelties will now be available in five locations:
Classic stands in section 209, 120 and 128
Hullabaloo Market stand
Crescent City Market stand

There will also be a Bloody Mary portable in section 120 and heightened gameday specials will be in Classic stands in sections 204, 120 and 128.

Tailgating
Tailgating fun continues this season on the LBC lawn with new bands on the tailgate stage and delicious food to enjoy. A full list of Tulane's tailgating policies and locations as well as our seamless ordering process are available online. Click here for details!

New this season, Green Wave Club members can expect an enhanced variety of offerings in the tailgate tent, including local cuisine from various Tulane Sports Properties restaurant partners. Football season ticket holders who are Green Wave Club members at the Captain ($1,000+) level or higher will again receive Green Wave Club Tailgate Hospitality passes for every game this season. The Green Wave Club Tailgate is open from three (3) hours to 30 minutes prior to kickoff.

Tulane Athletics is proud to continue to partner with SeatGeek for the 2025-26 athletics season! Letterwinners Lounge
Every former Tulane student-athlete is recognized with membership in the Tulane Letterwinners Association (TLA). Located within the Party on the Plaza between Gate B and the Westfeldt Ramp, the Letterwinners Lounge will have enhanced offerings and an expanded lounge space for former student-athletes and their guests to enjoy on gamedays.

All former Tulane student-athletes should be on the lookout for an email with their digital TLA membership card coming soon. If you don't receive an email by August 29, please reach out to tla@tulane.edu to ensure the Green Wave Club has your most up-to-date information on file.

Reminders
Fans are encouraged to arrive early to all games to expedite entry into campus and Yulman Stadium. All Yulman Stadium entry gates open 1.5 hour prior to kick-off for all games.

Fans with Jill H. & Avram A. Glazer Family Club tickets must enter Yulman Stadium at the Hertz Center entrance on Ben Weiner Dr.

Metal detection remains in-place at all Yulman Stadium entrances for the 2025 season.

The clear bag policy will be in effect for all Tulane Athletics ticketed events including 2025 Football.
Non-clear diaper bags with infant will be allowed following proper inspection.

The prohibited item policy will be strictly enforced at all Tulane Athletics ticketed events including 2025 Football.

Flags, signs, banners, etc. remain prohibited for 2025-2026.
