
Diving Has Strong Showing In Meet Against LSU

BATON ROUGE, LA – The Tulane diving team had a strong showing against LSU on Saturday, Feb. 7, at the LSU Natatorium in the final tuneup before the American Conference Championships. No team scores were kept in the one-on-one competition, but the program totaled seven collegiate or season bests and a top 10 school mark among the individual scores obtained.
Libby Brewer finished as the runner-up in the platform dive with a collegiate best 218.25 points. Her point total also ranked her second in school history in the event. She also took third in the 3m dive with 228.23 points.
Kelsey Weddington placed second in the 3m dive with a season best 247.75 points. She also took third in the platform with a college best 170.70 points.
Maya Superfon set a season best of 217.35 points in the 3m dive and a career best in the platform with 163.73 points.
Eva Shawver also set a season best with 201.98 points in the 3m dive and a career best with 157.58 in the platform.
Tannah Proudfoot was the fifth and final competitor for Tulane in the competition and totaled 220.80 points in the 3m dive and 133.80 points in the platform.
Next, the Green Wave swim and diving team will compete at the 2026 American Conference Championships in Greensboro, North Carolina, from February 18-21.
