
Baseball’s Frankel Named to the 2026 College Baseball Foundation Pitcher of the Year Watch List

OVERLAND, KS – The Tulane baseball team's (9-8) Jack Frankel has been named to the 2026 National Pitcher of the Year Watch List, the College Baseball Foundation announced on Wednesday.
Frankel is 1-0 with a 3.54 ERA in four starts this season with one complete game. He has thrown 20.1 innings with 10 strikeouts while limiting opponents to a .267 batting average against. He was also named to the American Conference Weekly Honor Roll on Feb. 23.
The National Pitcher of the Year Award was first awarded in 2009.
