Parking/Traffic Reminders for Saturday’s Home Opener Against South Alabama

NEW ORLEANS – Tulane Athletics issued the following 2026 Tulane Football parking and traffic reminders for fans and visitors ahead of Saturday's game against South Alabama. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, please review the information below.

Parking
- Season-long and single-game digital parking passes can be purchased in advance by visiting TulaneTix.com or by contacting the Tulane Athletics Ticket Office at 504-861-WAVE (9283).
- Parking on Tulane's campus on Football gamedays is restricted to those with pre-purchased digital parking passes. There is no day-of-game drive-up parking availability for any of the parking lots on Tulane's campus. If you do not have a pre-purchased digital parking pass, please do not attempt to access Tulane's campus in a vehicle.
- Day-of-game drive-up parking availability is located at the Ursuline Academy Lots (use Nashville Ave. entrance for back lot) and Loyola University garages accessible from Freret Street. Please note the rate is $25 and cashless (credit/debit only).
- Day-of-game drive-up ADA parking availability is located at the side lot of Ursuline Academy; the lot is accessible from State Street. Please note the lot change from the 2025 season. A shuttle is provided to-and-from campus.
- Due to the completion of the Green Wave Indoor Practice Facility last winter, there is no parking availability in the Claiborne Lot.
- All parking lots open five hours prior to kick-off for most games. For 11:00 a.m. kickoffs, they will open four hours prior to kick-off.
- Rideshare pick-up/drop-off is located on Claiborne Avenue (eastbound) between Ben Weiner Drive and Calhoun Street. A feather flag marks the designated location.
- Due to the Department of Homeland Security and TUPD recommendations, major security enhancements remain in-place for the 2026 season impacting fan convenience shuttle routes.
- Fan convenience shuttles will be offered to-and-from the Claiborne Avenue/Ben Weiner Drive intersection from the following parking lots:
- Ursuline Academy Lots
- Exit of Front Season-Permit Lot (Nashville Avenue)
- Exit of Back Season-Permit/Day-of-Game Lot (Willow Street)
- Entrance/Exit of Day-of-Game ADA Lot (State Street)
- St. Rita Lot
- Entrance/Exit of Lot (Broad Place)
- Tailgate Village Lot
- SW Corner of Berger Family Law (Newcomb Place @ Drill Road)
- Ursuline Academy Lots
- Fan convenience shuttles will begin five hours prior to kick-off for most games. For 11:00 a.m. kickoffs, they will begin four hours prior to kick-off.
- No fan convenience shuttles will be offered from the Diboll Garage, Oak Lot or Loyola University garages.
- No fan convenience shuttles will be allowed access onto Ben Weiner Drive due to safety and security measures.
- Ben Weiner Drive between Claiborne Avenue and Janet Yulman Way will be closed to all vehicular thru traffic all day on gamedays for all games.
- Audubon Boulevard between Claiborne Avenue and Willow Street will be closed to all vehicular thru traffic beginning six hours prior to kick-off for all games.
- Willow Street between Calhoun Street and Broadway Street will be restricted to Diboll Garage, Oak Lot and Tailgate Village digital parking pass holders beginning three hours prior to kick-off for all games.
- Meridian anti-terrorism vehicular barriers will be strategically placed on closed roads surrounding Yulman Stadium for the safety and security of all guests.
- For postgame, NOPD will enforce forced directional exits from the majority of parking lots in order to expedite patrons from campus. Please adhere to all guidance and instruction.
