2019: Helped the Green Wave to a second-place finish in the Allstate Sugar Bowl Regatta, sailing crew alongside skipper Caroline Benson in the C Division races to finish seventh among 18 total teams…Finished seventh in the B Division races at the Women’s Showcase Qualifier, alongside Benson, to help Tulane finish 9/16 overall…Finished 15/18 in the B Division races alongside Benson, helping Tulane finish 15th overall among the nation’s top teams in the Jen Harris Women’s Showcase Championship…Led the Olive and Blue to a first-place finish in the SEISA Coed Championship, finishing first of seven teams in the B Division races alongside skipper Caelan Watts…Won the SEISA Women’s Championship, finishing second of six teams in the B Division races alongside Benson…Finished ninth of 16 in the A Division races in the Charleston Spring Coed, sailing alongside skipper Quinn Keenan to help the Tulane to a seventh-place overall finish.
Before Tulane: Moving from New England to New Orleans, Brown heads to Tulane from Belmont, Massachusetts, where she sailed for the Pleon Yacht Club. A member of the club’s 420 race and team race teams, Brown also served as the Rear Commodore in 2018. The Tulane newcomer earned a notable first-place finish in the Interclub Nationals, while also finishing in 27th in the C420 Nationals.
