
WHAT DOES A SEASON TICKET INCLUDE?
A season ticket includes one (1) ticket to all Tulane home football games played at Yulman Stadium during the 2021 regular season. There are seven (7) games on the 2021 home schedule.
WHAT IF I RENEW AND THE SEASON IS POSTPONE/CANCELED?
As was the case with the 2020 season, Tulane Athletics will offer the Ticket Assurance Plan in the case that fans are not allowed to attend.
I AM RENEWING MY SEASON TICKETS. CAN I ADD ON SEATS AND WILL THEY ALL BE TOGETHER?
Yes, currently, there is no limit on the number of additional season seats you can purchase. To ensure the seats are located together, we ask that you request to add-on additional seats during the renewal period. After the renewal deadline, a Tulane Ticket Office representative will reach out to you regarding available seating locations. If a seat isn’t available right next to your other season tickets, you will have the option to move your season tickets to maintain a seating block. Your season ticket renewal must be paid in full to be eligible to add on additional seats.
I AM RENEWING MY SEASON TICKETS. WILL I HAVE THE SAME SEATS AS LAST YEAR?
Season ticket holders from the 2019 Football season will have first right at their same season ticket locations. Up until the renewal deadline of May 14th, you will have the option to renew your same seats. If you fail to renew by the deadline, the Tulane Ticket Office will not be able to guarantee your same seats will be available.

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY TICKETS?

IF I DECIDE I DO NOT WANT TO SEASON TICKETS AFTER I HAVE PURCHASED, CAN I GET A REFUND?
No, unfortunately we do not provide refunds. All ticket purchases are final.
I LOST THE EMAIL CONTAINING MY SEASON TICKETS, CAN I GET MY TICKETS RESENT TO ME?
Yes, please visit www.tulanetix.com and log into your account. You will then have the option to resend your tickets, or transfer them. Please call the Tulane Ticket Office with any questions at 504-861-9283.
I AM A SEASON TICKET HOLDER, CAN I ALSO BUY INDIVIDUAL GAME TICKETS WHEN I RENEW?
No, individual game tickets will be available at a later date. An exclusive pre-sale for season ticket holders and Green Wave Club members will be held before tickets are available to the general public.
