2022-23 Track Season: Competed in 11 meets between indoor and outdoor seasons…Ran at AAC Outdoors as part of the 4x400m relay (3:51.55 – 9th)…Placed sixth in the 200m (26.46) and fourth in the 400m (59.49) at the Strawberry Relays…Ran at the AAC Indoors as part of 4x400 relay (3:44.32 – 4thh) and distance medley relay (11:47.58 – 5th)
2022 Cross Country: Competed in UNO XC Opener for the Green Wave (Sept. 2).
Before Tulane: Lettered in track & field at Easton Charter High School…Was the District MVP in 2020 and 2021, the Regional MVP in 2021 and named the Best Female Student-Athlete in 2021…Was three-time All-State in 800m in 2021 and 2022…Voted Best Cross Country Female Athlete in 2019…Named to the Principal’s Honor Roll, was her high school’s Salutatorian and a member of the Student Council…A POSSE Scholar
Personal: Daughter of Michael Esteves and Cyrissa Weber…Has four siblings (two older brothers – Elijah Martin and Amir Weber; an older sister – Layla; and a younger sister Jaidyn Sylvester)…Her grandfather, Michael Esteves Sr. placed third in the Junior Olympics…Enjoys dancing and watching YouTube…One thing no one knows about her is that kid shows at night put her in a good mood and helps relieve anxiety…Has aspirations to get her medical degree, finish her Residency and become a General Physician.
