2022-23 Track Season: Competed in seven meets between indoor and outdoor season…Placed eighth in the mile at the Samford Invitational (4:21.56)…Had a season-best 8:28.40 at the Scarlett and White Invite in the 3000m…Season best of 15:08.95 in the 5000m at the Music City Challenge…Season best 9:02.64 in the 3000m steeple at the Bryan Clay Invitational…Competed and placed sixth in the 3000m steeple at AAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (9:15.77).

2022 Cross Country: Competed in each meet for the Green Wave… Best finish was at the UNO XC Opener with a career best time of 15:15.0 (Sept. 2)… Had a career best time in the 10K at the NCAA Division I South Central Region Cross Country Championships with a time of 33:34.3 (Nov. 11).
