Kelsey Olsen was hired as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Tulane in July of 2017. She works primarily with the Green Wave's track & field and cross country programs.
A Biloxi, Miss., native, Olsen earned a bachelor's degree in athletic training from Southern Miss in 2017 and received an associates degree from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College in 2014. At Southern Miss, she served as an athletic training student assistant for the Eagles' track & field and women's soccer programs.
She is a certified member of National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA), Southeast Athletic Trainers Association (SATA), Mississippi Athletic Trainers Association (MATA) and is certified to provide CPR/First Aid/AED by the American Red Cross.
