2013: Played in one game as a sophomore...made collegiate debut and lone career appearance during Tulane's 45-3 win over UTEP (11/23).
2012: Did not play as a walk-on true freshman.
High School: Three-year letterman at Belen Jesuit High for coach Richard Stuart...helped lead the Wolverines to a combined 29-10 record, three consecutive 15-3A titles courtesy of a cumulative 11-1 district mark and a spot in the state championship game as a senior...named third-team 8A All-Dade County recognition as a senior after running 72 times for 564 yards (7.8 avg.) and five touchdowns, catching 12 passes for 272 yards (22.7 avg.) and four scores, and completing one pass for a 33-yard touchdown...as a junior, ran 49 times for 302 yards (6.2 avg.) and five touchdowns and hauled in 18 passes for 296 yards (16.4 avg.) and four scores...also lettered three times in track and field and once in soccer...off the field, was a member of the Student Council, Peer Ministry, French Club, Italian Club, Cuban Club, Students Against Drunk Driving and Athletes for Charity...earned first-place honors in the Miami-Dade Fair and Exposition in Spanish and French while earning second-place in Spanish poetry and claiming a Gold Medal in U.S. Government.
