First team All-DeKalb County and named to the Prep Star All-Region team. Earned Most Valuable Offensive Back honors as a junior and was selected as his team[apos]s most outstanding offensive player in the second half of the season. An All-DeKalb County choice in 2004 and was a nominee for the Wendy[apos]s High School Heisman. Honorable mention All-State that season. As a senior, rushed for 1,827 yards and 16 touchdowns while catching eight passes for 88 yards. Tallied 1,042 rushing yards and seven TDs as a junior. Career totals include 2,970 rushing yards and 24 rushing scores with 10 catches. As a senior, Stephenson won 12 straight games and advanced to the state high school semifinals. Earned letters in track and soccer and was named defensive MVP of the soccer team. Top Scholar-Athlete on the varsity track team. Member of the school[apos]s Honor Roll every year.
