2004: Saw his first collegiate action against Florida A&M (9/11). Also played in the Navy game (11/6). Did not attempt a pass in either contest.

2003: Did not see any action.

2002: Sat out as a transfer.

2001: Was a member of the Wofford College football team, but redshirted the season.

HIGH SCHOOL: A two-year letterman for the Capitals at quarterback. Earned team MVP honors as a senior after passing for over 2,000 yards. Also collected all-conference recognition. Lettered in baseball at Broughton as well.

PERSONAL: Full name is Amos Christopher Dawson. Born April 3, 1983 in Greenville, S.C. The son of Amos and Deborah Dawson. Majoring in sociology. Selected to the Conference USA Academic Honor Roll in 2003-04 and 2004-05.
