Prep: Lettered in football for one year at Lake Highland Prepatory for coach Tim Borky, playing at outside linebacker as well as kicking and punting. Helped his team to an 11-2 record. Also lettered in soccer for four years as a defender, leading the team to four playoff appearances.

Personal: Born July 9, 1985 in Orlando, Fla. The son of Jayne and Bud Beucher. The oldest of four children.
