HIGH SCHOOL: Member of the Texas Top 112 on SuperPrep[apos]s All-Southwest team. Played tight end and defensive end in high school. Honorable mention all-district choice in 2001. Caught 11 passes for 195 yards from his tight end spot as a senior. A preseason choice to the All-Greater Houston team in 2001. MVP of Klein Oak[apos]s receiving (receivers + tight ends) corps in 2001. A PrepStar All-American. As a junior, was an all-district defensive end. Coached by David Smith. A member of the school[apos]s basketball team.
