Alby Lindon joined the Tulane athletic training staff in September of 2013. His primary responsibility is providing medical coverage and overseeing all aspects of healthcare for the Green Wave's football and sailing teams.
Lindon moved over to football during the spring of 2018 after previously serving as the athletic trainer for the Wave's men's basketball program since his arrival in 2013.
Lindon came to Tulane after one year at Rhodes College in Memphis, Tenn. During his tenure at Rhodes, he served as assistant athletic trainer, where his primary responsibility was to provide medical coverage for the men’s and women’s soccer and men’s Lacrosse teams. Before Rhodes College, he was at the University of Memphis for three years as an intern trainer and worked with football, track and field, and women’s basketball.
A Pensacola, Fla., native Lindon was an athletic training student and earned his bachelor of science degree in athletic training from the University of West Florida. In 2015 he earned his master's degree from the California University of Pennsylvania. He has been a certified athletic trainer and member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA) since 2009. He is also currently a Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Corrective Exercise Specialist.
