Career Note: One-year letterwinner who owns 34 kickoffs for 2,113 yards (62.1 avg.) with 15 touchbacks...has attempted one field goal...redshirted for Tulane’s baseball team in 2015 after playing three years at West Virginia (2014), Weatherford College (2013) and Rice (2012)...will open fall practice in a battle for the starting kicker.
2014: Played in 10 games as a junior…totaled 34 kickoffs for 2,113 yards (62.1 avg.) with 15 touchbacks while also attempting one field goal and logging one assisted tackle…led the team in kickoffs (34), kickoff yards (2,113), average (62.1) and touchbacks (15)…recorded six kickoffs twice: for 383 yards and four touchbacks vs Southeastern Louisiana (9/13) and for 383 yards and two touchbacks at Houston (11/8)…notched four kickoffs on two occasions: for 260 yards and one touchback vs Georgia Tech (9/6) and for 189 yards and one touchback at UCF (10/18)…logged three games with three kickoffs: for 195 yards and two touchbacks vs UConn (10/11), for 154 yards and one touchback along with a field goal attempt vs Cincinnati (10/31) and for 191 yards and one touchback and an assisted tackle at East Carolina (11/22)…had two games with two kickoffs: for 121 yards and two touchbacks at Rutgers (9/27) and for 130 yards and two touchbacks vs Temple (12/6)…off the field, was named to Tulane’s 3.0 Club.

Weatherford College (2013): Played in 55 games for the Coyotes as a sophomore...hit .294 with 10 doubles, two triples, one home run and 19 RBI...also made 11 appearances on the mound during the season...went 4-4 with a 5.40 ERA in 43.1 innings...recorded 38 strikeouts.
Rice (2012): Appeared in three games for the Owls as a true freshman...totaled 2.0 innings, allowing four hits and five runs...notched three strikeouts and walked two...also served as a backup kicker for the Owls' football squad but did not see game action.

Prep: Starred for the Liberty Christian School in Hurst, Texas...named the school's Male Athlete of the Year in 2011... earned first team all-state honors competing in the Texas Association of Private & Parochial Schools (TAPPS) as a senior...led the Warriors to a 20-10 record and the finals of the TAPPS state tournament...named to the state's all-tournament team while also picking up first team all-District 1-5A... went 10-0 with a 2.69 ERA as a senior while registering 93 strikeouts in 60 innings...held opposing hitters to a composite .135 average...went 4-1 with a save in nine appearances as a junior in 2010, averaging 13.5 strikeouts per nine innings...a member of the 2010 Texas Rangers Area Code Team who participated in the Area Code Tournament in Long Beach, Calif....also earned four varsity letters in football and one in track & field...earned all-state accolades as a kicker and receiver...was a TAPPS state champion in the 100- and 200-meters.
